Window replacement without the games.

One real price from the first conversation. Licensed Utah installation on every job. Rebates that actually exist. That's the whole trick, and nobody else seems willing to do it.

You've heard the pitch before.

The window industry earned its reputation one kitchen table at a time. Here's the playbook they run, and what happens when you call us instead.

The usual playbook

An $18,000 quote that magically becomes $11,000 if you sign tonight.
The theatrical phone call to a manager for a "one-time exception."
A federal tax credit in the pitch. It expired December 31, 2025.
Three hours at your kitchen table until somebody gives in.
Nobody can quite tell you who actually installs the windows.

The Lone Peak way

One real number. It's the same price tomorrow, and next week.
The math on paper. Take your time, show your brother-in-law.
Only rebates that exist right now, quoted from the current utility sheets.
A walk-around measured in minutes, not a pitch measured in hours.
A licensed Utah dealer installs, warranties, and finances every job. In writing.

Fog between the panes means the seal is dead.

Most homes in Highland, Alpine, and Lehi got builder-grade vinyl windows between 1995 and 2010. They're aging out on schedule, and the signs are easy to spot.

Foggy or hazy glass

The insulating gas is gone. The window still keeps rain out, but as insulation it's finished, even if it looks fine on a dry day.

Drafts and whistle

Canyon wind off the benches works cheap seals loose year after year. If a room howls in a storm, that's the windows talking.

Hard to open, won't lock

Warped sashes and failing hardware are the frame telling you it's done. A window that won't lock is a security and an energy problem at once.

How it works

A free walk-around, minutes not hours. We look at your actual windows with you and tell you what we see, including when the honest answer is "these are fine."
A real quote from a licensed installer.Your contract, installation, warranty, and financing all come directly from a licensed Utah window dealer. We never collect a dollar from you.
Installed, warrantied, and rebated.Custom-built windows, professional installation, manufacturer and workmanship warranties, and we point you at every utility rebate you qualify for.

Real rebates. No tax-credit stories.

The federal window tax credit ended December 31, 2025. Anyone still pitching it at your door is lying to you. What's actually on the table in 2026:

Up to $50 per window from Rocky Mountain Power's Wattsmart program, plus $2.50 per square foot from Enbridge Gas ThermWise on gas-heated homes. They stack.

Wattsmart: $50/window electric-heat tier, $30/window central-cooling tier, ENERGY STAR windows with U-factor 0.22 or lower, existing homes, program terms apply and change with notice. ThermWise: Enbridge Gas residential customers, qualifying glass. Rebate approval is made by the utility, not by us. We'll tell you honestly whether the glass package you're quoted qualifies.
The Lone Peak standard

Sold straight, or not at all.

Every job is installed, warrantied, and financed by a licensed Utah window dealer, and every customer signs directly with that dealer. Lone Peak Windows never touches your money. Every in-home sale comes with written three-day cancellation rights. And we only get paid when a deal is real, so nobody standing on your porch has a reason to pressure you into one that isn't.

Talk to a person, not a phone tree.
